On the messenger page your most recent recipients will appear above where you enter a message. To send to these people, select the recipient, enter your message and click send.

To send to other friends or groups, click the 'or select' link. Here you can enter phone numbers, email addresses or select Bluepulse friends and groups.

Once you've finished choosing recipients, click 'Send now' to send your message.
